    Good for the price with parking and central location. Noise from corridor carries into room a bit and amenities need updating but functiinal.

    Was worried by some reviews on google but have to say it's a nice little hotel, yes cosmetically it needs a few improvements BUT my room was very nice , shower was great , bed was comfy and free parking at hotel. Breakfast was a bit cold but very nice and it's right in the centre of Newbury , don't be put off it's cheap to stay , a few tiny things could be better but over all I liked this hotel. Staff helpful and we used it to stay for a trip too highclere ( downton abbey) just ten minutes away
